Is there a pool at the house?

There is a pool and hot tub at both the Bird House and the Stone House.

Is heating the pool included?

It costs $250/day to heat either of the pools. Heating the hot tub is included with your booking

Are there any shared amenities?

The pool and trampoline are only accessible to the Stone House. The skate plaza is actually a walkway from the parking lot and is very close to the Glass House next door.

Is there laundry facilities?

We do not have access to laundry facilities for our guests.

Is there heating and cooling?

There are mini-split units in each house that provide both heating and cooling.

Can I ride my skateboard in the skate park?

The skate park on the premises is open to explore but we can not allow skating as our liability insurance does not cover it.

Is there an outdoor grill?

The only house with an outdoor grill is The Cedar House. The Stone House, Glass House, and Cedar Houses all have firepits with firewood provided.

How far away from the airport is Nxwhere?

Nxwhere is about 3 hours from LAX airport and about 80-90 minutes from PSP airport. When coming from LAX be aware that there is usually traffic in the afternoons, especially Fridays.

Do I need 4 wheel drive?

We recommend 4WD vehicles, but many non 4WD vehicles do fine. Please be sure to follow the driving directions given to you and don't ever turn down Pipeline or Leeches Roads.

How close is Nxwhere to Joshua Tree National Park?

Nxwhere is about 20 minutes from the North Visitors Center located in 29 Palms on Utah Trail

Are there any grocery stores or restaurants nearby?

The closest grocery store is Stater Bros about 20 minutes away. There are other restaurants and shops to explore in 29 Palms. We love Kitchen in the Desert.
