Q: How many people do the properties sleep?
A: All the properties together can sleep 36-40 people. There are 4 houses on the properties: The Stone House (3 bedrooms), The Glass House (3 bedrooms), The Bird House (6 bedrooms), and The Cedar House (2 bedrooms).

Q: Are dogs allowed on property?
A: We allow up to two dogs per visit at $95/dog.

Q: Are there pools/hot tubs on property? Are they heated?
A: There are pools and hot tubs at both the Bird House and the Stone House. Pool heating costs $250/day, but hot tub heating is included.

Q: How close is Nxwhere to civilization?! What are we close to?
A: Nxwhere is about 3 hours from LAX and 80-90 minutes from PSP. We recommend 4WD vehicles for easier access, though most vehicles do fine. Nxwhere is about 20 minutes from the North Visitors Center of Joshua Tree National Park. The closest grocery store is Stater Bros, also 20 minutes away.

Q: Are there shared spaces at your place? Would we have the pool to ourselves?
A: We do not have any shared spaces at The Stone House and your reservation does include the pool and hot tub exclusively.

Q: Oh no! I forgot an item after my stay, will I be able to get it back?
A: Our cleaning team and property manager do thorough walkthroughs before and after each checkout. If you have left something behind, please reach out to us and we will have our team search for it and ship it back to you. We do however, only hold lost items for 7 days after your stay.

Q: Do I have access to the pool and trampoline?
A: The pool and trampoline are only accessible to The Stone House and its current guests. The glasshouse, which does not have access, is very close and connected by the skate bowl which is a walkway from the parking lot.

Q: Are guests allowed to play music indoors?
A: Playing music indoors shouldn’t be a problem. However, there are houses next door, so it's best to be mindful.

Q: Are guests allowed to use the skate park?
A: The skate park on the premises is open to explore but skating is not allowed due to liability insurance.

Q: Is there heating and air conditioning?
A: There are ACs in The Glass House, The Stone House, and the Casita at The Stone House.

Q: Is there an outdoor grill?
A: There is not an outdoor grill but there are fire pits at the Stone House and Glass House. (firewood is provided)

Q: Are cooking pans provided?
A: Yes, cooking pans are provided in the kitchen.

Q: Is there a Tesla charger on property?
A: Yes, there is a Tesla charger located at the Glass House.

Q: Are cribs available in any of the houses?
A: No, there are no cribs available in the houses.
